I made these puffs in the air fryer which are quick and easy to make, and can be filled with fillings of your choice.
This is how I made them:
A pack of ready made puff pastry, the flat version.
Cut it into squares approx 8 x 8cm
Egg wash each square.
Place on a rack in the air fryer.
I used bake mode set on 190 and baked for about 6 – 8 minutes. ( Just keep checking them untill brown and puffed up)
I flipped them over and baked them a bit more on the other side untill brown.
Remove them from air fryer and let them cool on a rack.
The fillings I used were caramel and cream, and strawberry jam and cream.
