
A Marshmallow Fridge Tart is a classic no-bake dessert that’s creamy, sweet, and very easy to make. It’s popular in many home kitchens because it sets in the fridge instead of the oven.

🛒 Ingredients
For the crust
- 200 g digestive biscuits (or graham crackers)
- 100 g melted butter
For the filling
- 200 g marshmallows
- 250 ml fresh cream (heavy cream)
- 1 can (385 g) condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup chopped glacé cherries or fruit (optional)
Toppings (optional)
- Extra marshmallows
- Sprinkles
- Grated chocolate or crushed biscuits
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the crust
- Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
- Mix with the melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the base of a tart dish or pie dish.
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
2️⃣ Melt the marshmallows
- In a saucepan on low heat, gently melt the marshmallows with half of the cream.
- Stir continuously until smooth.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
3️⃣ Prepare the filling
- In a bowl, whip the remaining cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold in the condensed milk and vanilla.
- Slowly mix in the cooled marshmallow mixture.
- Add cherries or fruit if using.
4️⃣ Assemble
- Pour the filling into the chilled crust.
- Smooth the top.
- Decorate with marshmallows, sprinkles, or chocolate.
5️⃣ Chill
- Refrigerate for 4–6 hours (or overnight) until set.
