Ingredients for condensed milk desert
- 3 Eggs
- 500ml Milk
- 200ml Coconut milk
- 395g Condense milk
- 2 Tablespoons of butter or margarine
- 1/2 Cup of sugar
- 1 Cup of self raising flour (sifted)
Glass dish approx. 30 x 20cm and approx. 4cm deep
Method
- Mix the eggs, milk, coconut milk, condense milk, butter and sugar together in a blender or use an electric mixture.
- Gently pour in the sifted flour and blend/mix everything together really well.
- Grease the glass dish and dust lightly with flour
- Pour the mixture gently into the glass dish.
Bake in the oven for approx. 40 minutes on Gas mark 4 or 180 °C
