Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 190g Brown sugar
- 45ml Oil
- 250g Digestive bran
- 250g Self raising flour
- 65g Oatmeal
- 5g Bicarbonate soda
- 5ml Vanilla extract
- 250ml Milk
- 15g Fruit and nuts
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Beat egg with sugar
- Add oil and mix
- In another bowl mix bran, flour, oatmeal, bicarbonate soda, vanilla
- Mix with wet ingredients
- Mix in milk and fruit and nuts
- Bake at 180-200 for 10-15 minutes.
