Bran Muffins

Start your day off with these easy to make bran muffins
Bran muffins


  • 1 Egg
  • 190g Brown sugar
  • 45ml Oil
  • 250g Digestive bran
  • 250g Self raising flour
  • 65g Oatmeal
  • 5g Bicarbonate soda
  • 5ml Vanilla extract
  • 250ml Milk
  • 15g Fruit and nuts
  • Pinch of salt


  • Beat egg with sugar
  • Add oil and mix
  • In another bowl mix bran, flour, oatmeal, bicarbonate soda, vanilla
  • Mix with wet ingredients
  • Mix in milk and fruit and nuts
  • Bake at 180-200 for 10-15 minutes.
