Ingredients
- 6 chicken portions
- Packet of brown onion soup
- 1 can of ginger beer
Method
- Mix the brown onion soup and ginger beer together in a Pyrex dish, making sure its mixed together well
- Lay the chicken pieces in the mixture
- Cover with tin foil
- Bake in the oven 180 degrees for 30 min then remove foil and bake for a further 20 mins
- This is nice served with fried rice, potato wedges or a green salad
