Pumpkin Fritters

Pumpkin fritters are quick and easy to make
pumpkin fritters


  • 50 ml Pumpkin, cooked and mashed
  • 62 ml Flour 
  • 10 ml Baking powder 
  • 1ml Salt
  • 1 Egg beaten


  • Combine pumpkin, flour, baking powder and salt to form a smooth batter
  • Add egg and beat well
  • Drop spoonful’s into hot oil, fry on both sides until golden brown
  • Drain on kitchen paper
  • Serve hot sprinkled with cinnamon sugar
