Ingredients
- 50 ml Pumpkin, cooked and mashed
- 62 ml Flour
- 10 ml Baking powder
- 1ml Salt
- 1 Egg beaten
Method
- Combine pumpkin, flour, baking powder and salt to form a smooth batter
- Add egg and beat well
- Drop spoonful’s into hot oil, fry on both sides until golden brown
- Drain on kitchen paper
- Serve hot sprinkled with cinnamon sugar
