Ingredients
- 200g Chocolate
- 175g Butter
- 3-4 Cups of cocoa
- 3 Eggs
- 5-10 ml Vanilla essence
- 1 Cup of flour
- 175g Chopped nuts
- 125g Castor sugar
Method
- Melt chocolate and butter, then add cocoa
- Whisk eggs and sugar
- Fold in the flour, chopped nuts and vanilla essence
- Pour mixture into a well greased rectangular tin
- Bake at 180C/350F/Gas 4 until ready.
- Use a wooden skewer to test if they are cooked inside.
