Comrades and double descent

As a Comrades runner married to a Durbanite for over two decades, Ana has visited South Africa on numerous occasions. As a result, she has a very good understanding of South African culture, history and the specific issues that affect South Africans relocating to the UK.

This has been invaluable in complex cases involving British nationality by double descent, as well as residence visas for partners of British and European nationals. Ana’s “no stone left unturned” approach has been instrumental in securing successful results for a number of South African clients seeking to register as British nationals under double descent provisions, even after unsuccessful attempts.

A large number of testimonials about Ana’s work can be found on Wilson Solicitors LLP’s Facebook page.
